It’s final that the former ‘Bigg Boss’ star Sunny Leone will play the lead role in Mahesh Bhatt’s “Jism 2” and which will be directed by Pooja Bhatt. The official account of the film on Twitter announced the news on the midnight of Jan 19, 2012. Most probably Sunny Leone will come to Delhi in March to shoot for the film. In this film Sunny Leone would play a woman caught in the crossfire of two men trying to seduce her and are in turn being seduced by her.
Director Pooja Bhatt tweeted, “Delighted to announce that #Sunnyleone is the female lead of #Jism2 (sic). Pooja said, “It can now be yelled from the rooftop that ‘Jism 2’ is Sunny Leone and Sunny Leone is ‘Jism 2’. I took a long time to finalize the lead because somewhere something didn’t feel right. And then I found her in my backyard while watching TV.”
Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter said,” The best part of casting Sunny is that she didn’t have any background of the film or our body of work. She responded to my father’s offer with an energy that was spontaneous. Anyway, Sunny belongs to Delhi in the film. Her roots, in real life are also from North India. We will be shooting in Delhi and then in Jaipur. She is playing a girl who is just out of University. Sunny’s character is a combination of dazzling beauty, intelligence and vulnerability. There is a phase of blossoming romance in the film and what better place than Delhi to shoot it!” But, it reported that “Jism 2” wouldn’t be shot in Darjeeling as planned earlier.
Now, Sunny Leone is very much excited about this film, because in this film her co-star will be Salman Khan and she was very much keen on doing a film with Salman from long time.
