Shah Rukh Khan is not bitter about the fact that his closest buddy Farah Khan went ahead and signed Akshay Kumar for her next project ‘Tees Maar Khan’. He clarified that there was no love lost between the two because he was not doing her film. He wished Farah all the best for her film, saying that he wanted ‘Tees Maar Khan’ to be a bigger hit than ‘Om Shanti Om’. SRK admitted that they were not in touch as much these days because they were not shooting together. There was no other reason for it is all the Badshah of Bollywood would like to respond for the rumors that are hanging heavy in the air.
The genesis of a cold war between Shah Rukh Khan and Farah Khan struck up when he refused to back Farah’s husband Shirish Kunder’s film. That was supposed to be a superhero movie. Then Farah wanted to start off ‘Tees Maar Khan’ immediately but SRK had other projects on his mind. So he asked her to delay her project. Farah Khan was not willing to do so and took the project away from him. She signed Akshay Kumar and also pulled in Katrina Kaif. They do make a very successful pair on screen, after all.
Farah Khan has also stepped up her association with SRK’s bête noire Salman Khan. They were spotted partying away on numerous occasions. Seems like Farah Khan has changed camps! It was only a few months back when it seemed that the trio of Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan and Farah Khan was inseparable. They supported each other’s projects and worked for free as goodwill gestures. When they made their forays into TV, the others joined in to market the show with their star power. It’s sad that such a friendship collapsed amid rumors and allegations and misunderstandings.
